Red Lobster® Grilled Rainbow Trout with Citrus Butter

Menu Description - “Flame-grilled & topped with a citrus butter. Served with a side salad, seasonal vegetables & your choice of side.”

Citrus Butter
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
4 teaspoons fresh orange juice
2 dashes of salt
2 dashes of paprika

Trout
2 trout fillets

Tool:
1 basting brush for sauce

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients except trout in a small saucepan over low heat and cook until butter is melted. Remove from heat. Set aside citrus butter in two ramekins. Brush remaining citrus butter over trout. Grill. Continue to brush sauce over trout during grilling. Serve hot.
